snickerdoodle pie

Aunt Elaine made a snicker-doodle pie. Low fat, low sugar, totally delicious pie, and it's easy to make too.  1 low fat graham cracker crust, 1 cup low fat cool whip, 1 sm. pkg. sugar free low fat choc. pudding, 3 T crunchy pb, 12 oz. low fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.  Stir ingredients and put in crust.  She cuts the pie after 3-4 hours in the freezer to make it easier to serve.   Brilliant idea. 
Keep frozen and serve with a dollop of cool whip.
